Stephen Knightey

Stephen started his career being indentured to an Architectural Practice in the west end of London, learning

rapidly the process of providing a professional service over a wide area of advice, design statutory permissions right through to completion. 

This followed by employment with a International Contractor, Local Authority, Lecturing and Site Management.

Then in 1984 starting his own practice  after moving to Cornwall.

Max Knightley

Max grew up having a corner of a design office to himself, from a young age had his own drawing board, pens and a draw for his master pieces. Max helped in the practice from a young age by assisting with tape holding while measuring, and holding the levelling staff.
After studying sports science at college Max then fancied learning the family business and formerly joined in 2005, and was made partner in 2017.
Max has gained all the experience of working in and running a practice, which has taken the practice forward in terms of technology, introducing Cad technology and now using 3d software that enables our clients to really visualise their project before it is built.
